If you are uninsured, or you choose not to use your insurance, you can see what a test costs before you have it done. Our cash-pay price list covers every panel we run — infectious disease, toxicology, and genomics.
Patient Cash-Pay Price List
Prices range from $40 for a urine drug screen to $400 for our most comprehensive genomic panel. The list is organised by testing category and states the method and turnaround time for each.
You have a right to a Good Faith Estimate. Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay patients may request a written, individualised estimate of expected charges before testing. Call the laboratory at 708-253-9454 to request one.
